I am a seasoned professional dedicated to driving business growth and fostering continuous learning. My career trajectory has encompassed a diverse range of roles and responsibilities,
each contributing to a robust skill set in operational delivery and strategic IT solutions.
For the past 9+ years, I've served as a Senior Consultant at HCL Technologies, specializing in Infra Apps Runtime Deliveries & Support. In this role, I am deeply involved in providing cutting-edge Site Reliability Engineering (SRE),DevOps and Database solutions to HCL's diverse clients. My focus is on optimizing system performance, enhancing reliability, and streamlining development and operations workflows to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prior to my tenure at HCL, my journey began in programming, evolving through various facets of the IT landscape. I gained foundational experience in freelancing projects and honed my problem-solving abilities as a software support consultant. My passion for knowledge sharing also led me to roles as an IT trainer, where I guided aspiring professionals.
A significant portion of my early career was dedicated to backend development.
I spent over 7+ years as an ASP.NET and C# Windows Application developer, contributing to critical IT products for global giants like IKEA and Shell Petroleum under the umbrella of IBM, India. Additionally, I briefly served GE HealthCare IT Products as a backend developer with SGS, India.
This unique blend of development, support, training, and senior-level consulting in SRE and DevOps has equipped me with a holistic understanding of the IT ecosystem.
